As these sticks of beaumontage wax do not have to be melted, they are very easy to use. Shave off a small piece and soften by working it in the fingers, then press into hole or crack. Remove the excess with a knife. When hard just buff like a normal wax polish. (In cold weather it may be necessary to place the stick by a source of heat to soften it).

The stick can also be used as a grain filler, together with BLACK BISON WAX. Apply BLACK BISON then rub the stick evenly over the surface, filling all small holes and the grain. Allow to dry and buff to a high gloss.
